Head to sights like Huascaren National Park as you discover the local area in Yuracmarca.

One the most miserable nights in my life is standing behind the lens of this beautiful photo. Taken on Day 4 of my 7 day solo #adventure in Cordillera Blanca. After the 2nd night on the trek, I started to feel sick. Instead of turning back and returning to the civilisation with relatively easy downhill hike, I decided to continue over multiple 4800+ passes cutting my way back, and my health got worse, which I should have expected at high altitudes. Nevertheless, the beauty of this place, kept me going, supplying with very-needed serotonin boosts. The Alpamayo circuit is very beautiful, remote, and wild trekking I would recommend to everyone. It can be done solo, or in organised tours from local trekking agencies for a less miserable experience :)
