This hotel is extremely new and may not have the advantage of experienced staff behind it. The room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and many free TV channels. The things that let it down though are the standard of cleaning varies significantly depending on which lady is servicing the room. Upon arrival there was hair in the bath drain which immediately made me wonder what else had not been cleaned properly. The room was booked for 2 adults but the cleaning ladies...

everything was wonderful except for the last day. it was 12am at midnight, air-conditioning was on and all of a sudden, some one decided to smoke and the smell went in to my room, funny thing it was from the air-con. has to shut off, open the windows and door as I really hate the smell of cigarettes, considering the hotel room was smoke free. other than that, my stay was good though the hot water is weak at times.
