Affordable but has bad smell& water boiling system

Our room was affordable but smelled like someoneโ€™s armpit, and found some hair on our bedsheets. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the bathroom fan was quite noisy. Positive: our room had a styler where you hang your clothes and it gets rid of any wrinkles.

The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants Iโ€˜be tried I was satisfied. But now Iโ€™m in city of tong young and Iโ€™m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesnโ€™t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. Thatโ€™s not deluxe double room.
