"Amazing attentive staff that took care of our requests. Area had lots of shopping and great dining options nearby. Hotel was clean, full of amenities, had plenty of room for a Japanese hotel. We enjoyed our 4-night stay and would return again!"

"The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean.
The food options at the restaurants mainly catered to the Japanese palate. Only crossaints and the fruits were inticing to my palate.

"I loved my stay in Osaka at the Monterey property. It was clean and all of the amenities were in the room. The beds were softer but still firm. The pillow was good. Aside from the stopping at the 2nd floor (reception) I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Right next to underground entrance. Next to a great Wagyu place"
