Price was right, nothing fancy, but served our purpose. A place to sleep, nice clean bathroom, small fridge and table. We don’t spend a lot of time in our room, a place to sleep and clean up. This was good for that, and location was good. 20 min walk to Kyoto station, and about the same to Gion area. Would stay again. Couple in late 40’s.

The stay was overall great! The drier didn’t completely dry everything even though the clothes were in there for an hour and 30 minutes but it wasn’t a fuss since the heat helped dry it.

overall, this was a great spot for 3 adults traveling! the area has tons of food options and convenience stores nearby. the hotel had only been open for 2 days when we stayed so the staff was still getting acquainted with the space and waiting on some supplies but overall the hotel was great! the room was the smallest we stayed in during our japan trip, but it was clean and comfortable. easy 15-20 minute walk to dotonbori area, very easy to navigate! 5-10 minute walk to trains to access JR station or other areas of the city like Osaka Castle.
