The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel). I am sensitive to smoke, and first night, I was placed in a smoking allowed floor, and I had to deal with the smoke smell the entire night. However, the front desk switched me to non-smoking floor the next day. "
