"My friend and I would like to request a refund. We both became sick for three days, likely from the food or the water. On the way home, my friend vomited on the plane, and I was sick in the washroom due to stomach issues.
The air conditioning in our room did not work for all seven days of our stay. Although the staff attempted to fix it, they were unable to, and we were not offered another room despite our request.

"Great stay Abdiel and Tim were so helpful and answered all my questions during my familys annual vacation trip. One of the toilets stopped working and Abdiel got it fixed in minutes. Location was great and resort, the only inconvenience for my family of 11 was the elevator, but besides that. Everything else was perfect. "
