"The property is wonderful. Cons: My wife got food poisoning from the sushi in bed for 2 days, Needs a bar at the beach. The pool water is to warm needs to be recycled with fresh water. The nightly entertainment is outside so no air conditioning after a hot day. Pros: Staff is very friendly. Drinks are good . Food is pretty good. Facility is clean and new. Housekeeping is wonderful ( Elisabeth) Wet bar in the room . Beach is the best. Dont get bothered on the beach from vendors."

"This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."

"We had a wonderful experience at paradaisus in cancun, it was clean food was great staff were so polite, the workers at the buffet were just the best ones we’ve ever seen. Our room was so organized cleans and they always brought us new towers. It was the best trip ever thanks to paradaisus Cancun hotel."
