"We had a wonderful stay, house keeping was amazing, If I could address Evelyn for a moment. I stood I basement for a few minutes before I saw instructions to elevator. I would recommend instructions bring on both sides of elevator. I would like to mention although I thought everyone who worked at the Quest were lovely including groundsmen and housekeeping I was not impressed by having to wait on reception to get off their phone before they addressed me. This happened on two occasions. As they are the first people/impression you get I thought it was quite ignorant and ill-mannered. I just think this lady was unaware she was being rude. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would 100% stay again. Loved the Moore bath products aswell"

"the host is very accomodating & we had a comfortable stay, the beds are soft & linens are white & very clean, feels like staying in a hotel, the house is very close to Westfield shopping centre & train station in which very convenient when we used public transport to watch the Fireworks in the city on NYE, thanks so much Luping "

"This location is amazing. Super pet friendly, very clean, well stocked with bed linen, towels, laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the easy access to the balcony provides ample space for entertaining guests or a nice place for coffee and relaxing. There are so many amenities attached to the property, but our favourite was the spa which can fit approximately 10 people. The hosts are on hand and maintain the spa frequently for optimal hygiene. The spa was a great place to chill with family and friends. We'll definitely be returning soon "
