"The air conditioning in our room was on but it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The thermostat read 61 but my husband grabbed a work thermometer and it was showing 78 in the room. We stopped at this hotel after driving for 16 hours straight and weren’t able to get a wink of sleep. Besides the ac not working the beds make a God awful sound every single time you move. The mattress is set on a metal frame so the slightest movement makes a loud noise which kept my kids from sleeping all night. This was just a horrible experience all the way around! The room definitely was NOT worth the money we paid. The only saving grace was the nice staff and continental breakfast. We will not be staying again. "

"Booked a room with a couch, there was no couch and staff knew that at check in but did not advise there’s no couches anymore.
The heavy smell of ammonia accompanied by a special culture of people suggests there is known drug activity on the property.
The room was disgusting. The flooring had gaps, and missing sections. There was a massive puddle of water under the air conditioner so they changed my room. same thing. Gapped flooring, disgusting showers. Wouldn’t even shower here.
Left for work at 6 am and walked into a crowd of folks who looks like they were up all night, eyes bugging from their heads and pacing. Checked into another room immediately and they won’t return calls to process a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
