While the firepit and yard areas are shared with the guests in the lower suite, the upper suite provides plenty of private outdoor space for your enjoyment. Step out onto the expansive deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy a meal while taking in the serene setting. After a day of activities, unwind in the private hot tub and let the soothing waters relax your body and mind.

As part of our standard operating procedures, we require the following:

1. Identity Verification on Day of Check-In
We ask all guests to complete a brief identity verification process on the day of check-in. This may include uploading a government-issued photo ID through our secure external system prior to receiving self check-in instructions. This is a common standard across hotels, motels, and professional accommodations in Canada.

2. Pre-Authorization Security Hold
We collect a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) on the guest’s credit card through our secure payment processor 24 - 48 hours prior to check-in. This is not a deposit as no funds are withdrawn unless policy violations occur. The hold is automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no issues. These measures help us maintain a safe, respectful environment for all guests and ensure the quality of our property is protected
