"The breakfast is very delicious, it is the perfect location to stay at given its proximity to underground rail and a Don Quixote. SHINSAKEI has so many food stalls open until very late! This makes this property a wonderful location. Rooms are VERY spacious and accommodated my party of 5 comfortably."

"I have stayed this hotel several times for many reasons. Very convenient location. Extraordinary services with the staffs. Great breakfast buffet with Japanese and western food. The laundry service has changed a little bit but you still can use ehe wash machines complimentary. You need to pay for using dryer, however, it still decent service. I could relax my body after soaking in Onsen bathtub. I would come back again for sure!"

"Great hotel. Good staff. Very clean and well kept. It’s in a less desirable area though. Homeless etc which is the first time I’ve seen that since touring through Japan. But a great location to jump on the nearby train station which was a 7 minute walk. Then a 20 minute train ride to cool spots. This was within walking distance to the tower though. "

"Most comfortable huge bed and room! Bath and gym area are very well designed and offer many amenities. Nice areas to read stocked with very interesting books. Hotel is not close to the main tourist area, it is next to the convention center. This may be not perfect for tourists that want to be closer to the popular areas. To me the bed and quiet were better than the crowds..."

"Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. Both the pressure and temperature have to be adjust together, and it's extremely difficult to control. After a few minutes, the water turns cold and it has to be readjusted again. No decent chair for the table. Ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Even with the exhaust fan on and the bathroom door open, after a few hours the bathroom is still humid. The only good thing is the fast WiFi."
