Worst customer service, no ill-mannered staff.
The master bedroom had short circuit in the middle of the night. I called for help to get the power back on and after speaking with someone who said they will be there in 15 mins no one came. I called again and accused that someone came and that the door was unanswered. We were all waiting patiently and wide awake at midnight. No knock, call or a car that pulled up the driveway. She was angry and even threatening in the phone, even hung up before me.

We are sorry you had trouble. You did call late at night and we did try to ascertain which home you were calling from as the caller ID was blocked. We did dispatch someone to the home you confirmed you were staying in. Unfortunately the name Alpine Aerie may sound like the name of one of our other homes late at night over a poor phone connection. Best regards,
