"Liked : 1. Clean rooms 2. All items in rooms were new 3. Basement parking 4. Beds were queen size so 2 can sleep. 5. Only double bed could adjust in the room. No extra bed mattress can be adjusted. Overall room size is small. Disliked : 1. Upon call for any service like water unavailability, no one took care. 2. Sitting area near reception was very hot. No AC or Fan was there. 3. Food (milk) was extremely costly. It's 105 for hot milk. Overall it was good experience."

"The staff is extremely rude. Behavior of entire staff is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Bathroom is full of black mold. The restaurant smells extremely bad and seems unhygienic too. "

"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

"While Booking through Expedia, the property rate was inclusive of Breakfast but during stay they denied any such booking. So we compelled to take breakfast with extra payment at the property since there was no other alternative available in the vicinity. There was no electric kettle in the room as well. Before check in , the property reception confirmed that there was confirmation for 1 room booking received by them from Expedia, but we booked for 2 rooms, which later they confirmed. "

"This property is not at all ready for taking the bookings as its under construction and no service is available as this is under construction. Please do not book this property as surronding is full of dirty stuffs and building under construction makes it more worse.i was with my family and it was unsafe as well and not worth of cost listed"

"Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. "

"The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and...

"We booked a room for three folks i was travelling with senior citizens. No arrangements were made to accommodate the third person. We had to ask them for everything. The room looked dated things were broken and leaking. The staff was apologetic but some of our requests were not entertained. Overall will not recommended this hotel. "
