"I stayed here for 1 day and the experience was extremely poor. 1) The TV was not working in the room. I made 10 calls over 5 hours and then sat at the reception area only then they resolved the issue, that too after making multiple excuses. 2) There is no wifi reception in the rooms so do not hope to get any work done in the room. 3) There was no room service as they told me that when there is a function going on in the hotel they close room service. Thats why they took 2 hours to get us 2...
