Nice hotel close to the station. Inconsistent shuttle service to the airport in the morning so I had to take the train or wait almost an hour.

Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel
Wonderful place to stay after a long-haul flight from the U.S. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast with nice views out over the water. Free shuttle bus to the airport and Kawasaki train station. Great price.
