I like to walk barefoot. I feel the floor needed deep cleaning. Mother’s room had some mold on aircon vent. Other than that, place was great.

This was our first time in Japan and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely perfect for our 3-night stay!

Great hotel and location
Very nice hotel, spacious accomodations. Good location, close to great shopping and train station (MK line and JR station). My stay was for six (6) days and it was pleasant from start to finish. Very professional and courteous staff. Will stay again during my next visit.

Our stay in the new wing was excellent. Very spacious compared with other hotels in Japan at a very reasonable price. Very modern room. Will definitely stay again

It was ok. Staff was friendly (borrowed umbrellas because it rain a couple of days). The Annex rooms seemed to be less cared of than the new area.

高齢の母と2人で3連泊。時期的にツインが予約とることができずダブルでしたが、十分な広さでした。アメニティもまずまずです。部屋に電気ケトルと加湿機能付き空気清浄機、スマホ充電器、ファブリーズもあり助かりました。 難点は、ユニットバスの臭い。汗臭いような臭いが気になりましたが、ファブリーズでなんとか気を紛らすことができました。でも総合的に考えて、良いホテルだったと思います。

水回りが新しく綺麗で、高級ホテルのレベルです。名前が通った良いホテルでも水回りが古くがっかりする事が多いですが… スタッフの対応も優しく親切で非常に関心しました。コスパもいいので、これから東京、横浜での常宿にしたいと思います。

雑然とした住宅や商店がひしめき合う中で埋もれるように建っており、最初は若干不安を感じたが、総じて良いホテル。モダンさやおしゃれさは無いが、部屋は十分に広くて清潔で、スタッフの方の感じも良い。ビジネスユースであればまた泊まっても良いと思うホテルでした。
