Loved our stay

The property is beautiful, an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom is outdated but clean, spacious, and functional. The service was excellent. Great breakfast. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again one day.

Lovely little paradise

Lovely little paradise. We loved so much that we extended our stay. The hotel is beautiful. The beds are very confortable. There's not hot water but it wasn't an issue for us. It's very relaxing to stay there and they helped us booking all the excursions. We would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Duta Garden Hotel ! Après une journée de visite, quel plaisir de pouvoir se détendre dans la belle piscine, entourée d’un cadre verdoyant qui ressemble à une véritable oasis en pleine ville. L’endroit est calme, propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le charme du jardin et l’atmosphère paisible font vraiment la différence. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour reposant et agréable.

Потрясающая локация, все, как на фото :) Пруд, бассейн, много зелени и выложенные камнями дорожки - все очень красиво. Отличные завтраки, персонал ответственный и внимательный. За время, проведенное здесь, Duta стала как родная :)

Beware the Connecting room doors

Beware the connecting doors to the next room, they have zero value as a noise insulator and it feels like you are staying with your neighbors as they hear you and you hear them, even at toilet time. Staff is not as friendly as at most other establishments in Yogyakarta and it can feel a bit uncomfortable, oddly enough.

Rustig paradijs in een drukke stad

Duta Garden doet de naam eer aan. Mooie tuinen met veel groen, vijvers, watervallen (niet in de avond ivm geluid) en een heerlijk zwembad. Je zit midden in de stad maar je hoort niets. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en de locatie is perfect. Leuke restaurantjes en winkels op loopafstand. Duta Garden is een echte aanrader!

Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle.

We chose to stay at Duta Garden because it's away from the craziness of Malioboro but still easy to get around to the tourist attractions in the city. We got upgraded to the garden villa and it was beautiful! The villas are surrounded by fish ponds and greeneries, the room was spacious yet comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home!

Tranquil and relaxing stay

Great little gem off a backroad/alley in Yogakarta. Beautiful outdoor gardens, pools, waterfalls koi fish, you name it. It was a great and tranquil way to unwind from jet lag and get prepared for a 2-week long bike tour through Java and Bali. An easy way to the kraton and markets. A nice breakfast too with local and Western options.

Classic oasis

Loved this place - I got an extra special room for a regular price, just because it was overbooked, but I think I would have loved it just as much with the other room, or paying the full price. I just loved everything about the room - classic, like from another time. Comfortable and gracious and spacious. But even better were the grounds - so green and lush and alive, for limited space. Koi pond right by my patio, waterfalls and swimming pool and more streams and ponds and greenery. Really pretty amazing. I just loved it. And it turned out to be right in the heart of the 'travelers' district in Yogyakarta - very convenient, though you'd never believe you were in the heart of the city. Wifi, super friendly staff, they made us breakfast to take to the airport since our flight left before the restaurant open. Need I go on?

Kamer met uitzicht op een prachtige binnentuin met zwembad. Erg mooi! Ontbijt is prima. Op loopafstand van (toeristen)restaurants, vlakbij de Kraton.

Hotel calme dans une impasse. Chambres autour de deux piscines nyées dans une végétation luxuriante. La propreté de l'une des piscines était limit. Chambre spacieuse. Très bon emplacement pour le choix de restaurants. Le restaurant de l'hotel laisse à désirer. En période creuse, pas enclin à vous préparer les plats annoncés sur la carte. Petits déjeuner sans grands choix, Dommage. La réception peut vous aider à organiser vos expéditions.

Location is good for staying in Yogyakarta. If you use taxi or rental car, price and place are suitable. Staff is kind and reliable. I recommend to my friends, if there was chance. タクシーか車のチャーターで全て予定をこなすならば、またちょっと歩いてもいいや(例えば、クラトンやマリオボロ通りまで10分か15分)というならお勧めのホテルです。スタッフの対応も慣れているのか、ツアーやタクシー手配もスムーズ。部屋も綺麗です。また来たいと思います

Beautiful setting in the heart of town

A friend recommended this place and it exceeded our expectations. Our room/bungalow was in ten minidress of a serene garden by a lovely swimming pool and with our own little fish pond out front. Complimentary snacks where delivered to our patio each afternoon. Rooms lovely and comfortable, equipped with electric kettle. We enjoyed being near ViaVia which has a nice restaurant and can organize all kinds of tours and drivers. I will definitely stay here on future visits.
