Good location and comfortable
This is a new hotel situated along Malioboro street and next to the mall. It is very convenient location. The family room is quite big for 3 persons. Bed is comfortable. There is no hand towel and hairdryer provided. The balcony is shared with the room next to it. The door to balcony was not locked when we check-in and couldn't be locked without a key. The key was not provided. We had to call the reception to lock for us. The breakfast was mostly local dishes. Not a problem for us. All staffs are very polite even at the cafe. Nice place to stay.

Clean, new, perfect location, helpful staff
It was the perfect home for our Yogyakarta trip. No need for pictures because it's what's seen on their websitr. There's still some construction going on but no noise is heard from our room. While looking for a good massage place, the hotel staff made out of their way to help us find a home service masseuse, inquired for us and even accompanied us to a nearby spa to inquire further. It was so kind of them. Aveta is highly recommendable.

The location is great just steps away to Malioboro street. It be good once the whole property is completed from the whole renovation.

今 まだ 工事中です まだできてない うるさいし 入り口付近は最悪です 部屋に冷蔵庫さえ まだありません バスルームは 新しいので清潔ですが レインシャワーだけで 使いにくいし ドアもありません

工事中で完成していないので写真とは全く違くてびっくりした。レセプションもデスクが一つでバイトみたいな人がやっている。 もちろんレストランなどの施設も無く部屋だけ提供している。 部屋は新しいので居心地が良かったけど工事の音が一日中うるさい。 場所はかなり良いので完成すれば良いホテルなんだろうと思う。
