Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan. "

"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst!
