"I had a wonderful short stay and wish it could have been longer. I’d like to highlight the amazing staff who made my visit even better. Thank you to Shawn for helping me request my meal last night and providing options. To Lois, who ensured my reservations were corrected, and to another wonderful lady—can’t recall her exact name though it starts with an “S”, but she had wavy hair and was very informative about getting my USPS boxes. Lastly, to Kia. She’s wonderful and patient with me, especially with all the requests I had. She was quick and very efficient. The hospitality of your staff made my stay smooth despite being tired. As for the facility, it’s beautiful—and the room is comfortable and neat. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza. From luggage assistance to anything, everyone did wonderfully. I also very much appreciate ensuring my usps boxes get picked. Please contact for any issues. Thank you."

"The front desk staff has always been awesome whenever my Wife and I stayed there. They're very accommodating and friendly, and I always joke with them. I enjoy making people laugh and it's always great to see one of them on duty. They always made my stay feeling welcoming. Oh! And shout out to Robert for keeping my shoes safe the last time I was there, forgot it after I checked out. Anyway, We chose the hotel for our fur babies, since not many hotels allow pets, and the price is reasonable. $25 a night for each dog and since our fur babies are already used to staying there, it works out for us. Another Shout-out to Juliet, Delane, Shu-ah, Randy, and Robert. Even better if they were all in one shift. Great team together. Returning Guest for sure. Mrs./Mrs. Sanchez"

"Our staycation was great. We enjoyed the activities that were available ie. swimming, club lounge, breakfast buffet, and the restaurant. Although fun, We were there for 4 days and we quickly ran out of new things to do. The view from the room and infinity pool was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally kind. My only complaint is that the amenities are outdated and property doesn’t feel well maintained on the exterior. Other than that we really enjoyed our time here."
