The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us. I can't wait to come back to not only this hotel but also to see the staff again. Thank you for making us feel so special and welcomed. "
