The oven was filthy and so were any baking dishes. The spa outside didn’t heat up. The spa bath inside had no motor and aluminium alfoil screwed up as a plug. The dryer worked with the door open. Very dangerous for kids and dog. A storm at 530 pm caused flooding at the front door as drainage was very poor. We ruined shoes getting inside and unpacking car. And on the Sunday there was an electricity outage so no water and couldnt use toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, have a shower. We told the host who sarcastically said on SMS that it’s a farm! No generator. We left as it was unsatisfactory with kids. No information on who to contact for emergencies. The gardens are overgrown. In general this place needs a deep clean and lots of maintenance of everything outside and inside. We would like our last day refunded and more compensation for the pool.
