"It’s very quiet & tranquil place with an ocean view but a bit far to other facilities. Nice hotel tough a little tarnished especially hot top which was not maintained properly. Restrooms as well - bidets Hopefully they would maintain well then could be fine. But every staff was very helpful & very nice!"

"Our timings happened to match with the shuttle service and we were able to make full use of it. The location is convenient and the room is nice and spacious. Only issue is the pillows. They were a little too flat for us."

"The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasn’t the design or the facilities it was the staff. Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what I’d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything I’ve experienced at hotels in either region. The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return."

"Poolside using an umbrella in street clothes with 6 family members, only 2 swimming, we were told to stop using the umbrella. It could have been wind or it could have been not wanting non swimmers in the area. "
