"This was a beautiful and well-equipped home. Communication was easy and the house exceeded all of our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, use of the kitchen and even the little boat! We did find a couple of the beds to be on a bit of the firm side for us, but everyone still got great sleep!"

"The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore."

"Great location right on Coral Beach. Host communicated very well with us and, along with the property manager, were very responsive when we needed assistance with the unit."

"Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our luggage. So we had to go to the airport to get our luggage, then find somewhere else on the spot. Wound up at a decrepit hotel where the power went out twice and everything smelled mouldy. Also everything was damp, so didn’t get a decent night’s sleep while we were there. At least it wasn’t CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS (but probably should have been)."

"Great location! LaRoc is a good food option, no breakfast. Cleaning service is upon request and can take time. Gaming room could use a good cleaning but enjoyable. "
