This traditional cottage is set within the Dartmoor National Park on the edge of Horrabridge village, less than half a mile’s walk to two pubs, a village shop, a famous chippie and traditional bakery. There is also a delightful art gallery. The River Walkham runs through the village, which is famous for its ancient stone bridge (the Bagpuss Bridge). Yelverton, with its larger shops, is only 2 miles away. Just 15 miles south is the Ocean City, Plymouth, where you can find the National Marine Aquarium, The Hoe, Tinside Lido and the Theatre Royal. Visit the historic stannary market town of Tavistock, only 4 miles away with some fantastic places to stop for lunch.

Enter this delightful cottage through a small porch and into a fabulous lounge. Here you will find stylish interiors, comfy seating, a Smart TV and a wonderful wood burner for you to enjoy through the colder months. Snuggle up and catch up on your favourite programmes or open up the patio doors and relax. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and offers plenty of seating where you can enjoy a meal or morning coffee. Also off this room is a handy utility room which also provides access out to the rear garden. Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, the first a cosy twin zip-and-link (can be made up as a super-king-size on request), and the fabulous master bedroom with a super-king-size bed with stunning countryside views. Also on this floor is a family shower room.

Outside is a lovely south-facing front garden and patio and to the rear, a beautifully elevated lawn area with steep steps and a seating area to enjoy.
