"I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. What I loved most is the combination of style and comfort. It has a cool, vibrant energy while still being relaxing and cozy. "The hotel is nice but very simple. The staff isn’t welcoming and cheery just very business with minimal conversation. We felt as if we were a bother. The lobby is very basic with no real sitting area and the entrance to the hotel is on the backside not the street level which is inconvenient when arriving and unloading. It’s not clearly noted and is a bit confusing. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard unfortunately. There is a small, complimentary coffee station in the lobby that is a nice perk. "

"The showerhead in the room was loose so wasnt easy to use. The breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs had a funny taste. The. Iews from the hotel room were good but the wallpaper was peeling in a few places. "

"Beautiful Hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Given an upgrade and room had a fabulous sea view, was very comfortable and lots of extras. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices in a pleasant garden room. Second time at this Hotel and would highly recommend it "
