"Everything about our stay at the Hotel Miro met our high expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the room was spacious, with a view of the Guggenheim Museum. We could walk to dozens of fine restaurants and bars, and the tram is nearby to take a 10 min. ride to Old Town. We hope to return some day."

"We had a great stay at Meliá Hotel in Bilbao, from our initial welcome, to our lovely meals and snacks in the Level breakfast room and lounge. We felt genuinely cared for each day by the entire staff, especially Nekané, and Yolanda. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. And the location was central to all the activities we were interested in. The park across the street is gorgeous and shady and had lots of activities for children. Indoor self parking was reasonable although the parking structure would have been challenging with a larger vehicle. "

"Fourth time we have stayed there over the years, it is convenient for the bridge across to Bilbao port and offers a good range of local ameities nearby providing you can find somewhere convenient to park. We could not get the air con / fan working that evening. They have upgraded the rooms compared to the previous visits and the picture accurately shows the view we had. The improvement work continues and IT IS NO ANSWER TO SAY IN SPAIN BUILDERS ARE ALLOWED TO START AS EARLY AS 8:00 WHEN WORKING IN A BUILDING. Very welcoming Breakfast good, albeit with just one member of staff there, to check people in and find initial coffee plus attend to eberything else there are understandably longer waits then should be the case for some of the food replenishments to come out.
