Old Faithful Snow Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

"Very nice main building. Violinist playing in lobby, fireplaces going, everyone was friendly and talkative. Our room was tidy, but not as clean as it should have been. Carpet was stained, tile bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. The shelves weren’t well stocked, they were out of a lot In The general store, bar and restaurant. But what they did have was I. Terms of food and drink was good."

"Cheryl was so helpful and spend a good twenty minutes giving us a full itinerary of things to do around the area and what to look out for along the way. She went out of her way to make special accommodations for us and made the stay a five star trip!"

"Convenient Location, Clean Public Spaces, Clean Welcoming Lobby, Grand Property. Room looked Unclean, There was no heat/AC working. Not sure if it was mentioned in the listing that AC is not available. However heat also was not working."
