Surprise other guests!
Beautiful place! I took a lovely walk behind this home and it was stunning! I wasn’t expecting to share the place with other guests! So that was a weird surprise!

Pleasant stay in a big clean room!
Room is quite big and very clean! Kitchen is attached and even laundry machine and dryer is inside the room so it's very convenient! Also the owner is very friendly nice lady so overall we had a relaxed and pleasant stay!

Dear Guest, your opinion is appreciated to improve our services. as far I know we provided you the best service, only for late check out you paid extra because we had to call the cleaner again, that is usually the vase with late check out. you left 3 hours late at 2 PM. instead of 11 AM. our priority is comfort and safety of all guests. as you know we were expecting the next guest at 3 PM.

My family stayed 3 nights, and everything was perfect. We could watch Aurora from our bedroom on the second night. Kitchen and living area was well organized and clean. Would recommend!!

Thanks for the owners’ hospitality service. They are so nice and kindness persons. We like the flat roof of the house and it can see the aurora. Also, we join the small chasing aurora tour arranged by the owner. It is valved for money. An unexpected and unforgettable experience to see the aurora.

Furnace was inside the house and its running-sound was so loud particularly at night that my friend and I could not sleep well. When I booked this accommodations, I thought it is a sort of hotel with toilet per each room hopefully with a fitness center. If I had known that we need to share a toilet with someone, I would not have chosen this one. I also had to pay $20 as a cleaning fee which was a total surprise.

Dear Guest Your comment is appreciated You and Your friend booked queen and triple Room with one large , modern bathroom shared. we also have a Family Room with private bath room. all the information were provide and is available on Expedia. My manager told me that he showed you the Description of the room on Expedia website which corresponds the layout of the guest house I believe your expectation was that you booked the whole guest house but you booked only two rooms. the whole guest house option is also available. Cleaning fee of 20 dollars is mandatory and also is on the reservation paper, it should not have been a surprise to you. the Guest house has the most quiet, small and energy efficient boiler, you are the first person who mentioned about the noise , usually it does not make any noise. i will double check , to make sure everything is alright. Thanks for staying in our guest house

Very small room and shared bathroom which was not cleaned the first day we were there. The second day it was cleaned. No breakfast provided although there was kitchen facilities you could make your own.

Dear Guest: unfortunately I have to disagree with you. we have a policy ,cleaning the room and changing all linens and pillow covers before a guest arrival. this has been a routine practice since the guest house opening in the past 2 years. you feel it through multiple reviews by other guests who appreciated cleanliness of the guest house. i discussed with my manger who showed me the date of your arrival and cleaning made by the housekeeper. the room which you booked has a queen bed, it has a regular size, the definition of small and big are relative ,depends to our living style. your comment is appreciated

It's easy to get to from anywhere and is about a 20-minute walk from the downtown area. It's brand new with amazing facilities, and if you're lucky, you might get the whole property to yourselves as we did.

Like - the deck, the ease of access, coffee was appreciated, classic landscape Suggestions - written note about kitchen tap function - note that there are no breakfast places nearby for travellers who are en route so don’t have groceries.

We booked for two nights in January, we were the only guests on the first night, so we had the entire place to ourselves. The owner of the property was very nice and friendly. New and modern guesthouse, very comfortable stay, the view out the window and deck was spectacular. We used the deck to view the aurora on our first night there. Highly recommended for future visitors of Yellowknife.

The. Property is new and very well equipped. The kitchen is very well organized and comfortable for cooking and dining. There is Strong WiFi. Most important the couple who owns the place took care of all visitors with warm hospitality and very professional way. They offer a package that was great we’re they guided us to see the Aurora and arranged us all activities in ceap and reasonable prices

Super clean, elegant, comfortable place to stay. Easy access to town. Able to rent all cold weather equipment directly from property, upon checking, the items are already at your room. Beautiful mountain views. Able to book an aurora Borealis tour as well. Definitely a place to call home away from home.
