This waterfront property is the perfect place to relax and unwind, overlooking Lake Mulwala with direct access to the lake for all your water activities, and Hogan's Boat Ramp close by.

Boasting open plan living with modern kitchen, quality appliances and views of the lake.
The Alfresco dining area also capitalising on the beautiful water views with BBQ. Another handy feature to ensure guest comfort, especially over the warmer months, is manual and automatic screens on the upstairs balcony and west facing windows.

It is ideally positioned to take full advantage of all that the Yarrawonga area has to offer. In close proximity to local golf courses and nearby wineries in the Bundalong and Rutherglen regions.

The property is perfect for couples, groups of friends and families wanting a get-away whether to play golf, fish, enjoy all the water sports that Lake Mulwala and the Murray River has to offer, tour the wineries or just relax.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
