"Beautiful, spacious well-maintained home. It snowed when we were there and you really do need an AWD vehicle. We did, and had no trouble with the steep, winding access road. "

There was definitely some things we would suggest to improve, like cleaning the cobwebs off the walls and simple things like no hot pads in the kitchen and many other little things that would make the stay more pleasant. We also did have some trouble with the plumbing in the bathroom and that wasn't great. Nice little place on the lake though. "

"We had a wonderful family reunion weekend in this house! The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the seven of us to spread out. Our grandkids loved the hot tub and our daughter and her husband enjoyed the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or dish that we needed. The beds and linens were quality, and we spent a lot of time under the cozy blankets on the enormous couch with the wood burning stove. I would love to visit this home in the summer so we could be outside on the lake. I would highly recommend this home for families that want to get out and enjoy a lot of quality time with each other. "We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. "
