"Room not cleaned before our arrival after check-in time. Waited about an hour. Went to the room and the lock didn't work... as in it did not lock. Entry without a keycard."

"We were there 3 nights because of a family emergency. When we walked in it had a strong weed smell. When we went out a bit after to go up to the hospital it smelled like air fresheners unfortunately we could smell the weed to some extent the whole time.( we don’t care who smokes it we just don’t want to smell it in our hotel )Someone must be living in the room next to ours. It had window clings on the window and our room always smelled like cigarette smoke. There is coffee but no breakfast but that’s ok. I wish they had a chair or 2 in the lobby to sit. Positive side : Staff was nice front desk and housekeeping., The rooms were small but it had a microwave and coffee maker. All and all not to bad of a stay but could only give 3 stars "

"The place was new, clean and up to date. The only issues we had were that the second bedroom only had a fold out couch for a bed (which wasn’t very comfortable) and there was no TV downstairs in the living room where the awesome/comfortable couch was. Other than that, it is super nice and the selection of Keurig coffee was great"
