But we were told because we booked through a third party we have to pay for the parking ( the whole reason we booked the hotel ) stuff were ok the lady at the counter did try to help but next day hotel charged a whole different amount than was told . So don’t book this hotel through a third party app or company instead call them or book on their website instead so you won’t be surprised like we were . "

"Booked last minute on Expedia due to flight cancellation. When arriving at midnight front desk clerk tells me the power has been disrupted and they could not take Expedia reservations. Told her it was non refundable and all hotels at DTW were sold out. Her attitude was terrible and she was going to kick me out after a long horrible day in the middle of the night. After some begging she gave me a room. For a 2 star hotel they overcharged knowing travelers were desperate. Never again "
