We loved the area. The room is spacious and excellent. The breakfast buffet is highly appreciated. The infinity swimming pool is refreshing, the playground and the bar and all amenities are awesome. 2 things to improved: one- make sure to put family in non-smoking room (confirm if they preferred smoking or non-smoking room), as per requested they moved us to non-smoking room and also the tv is not functioning well.

Stalls are extremely cordial and helpful. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Their only on-site restaurant offers very delicious authentic Chinese cuisine. Wish they can have a nice western restaurant to offer a choice of taste.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The room was fantastic and I was given an upgrade on arrivai which I very much appreciated. The breakfast was great as well, alot of variety and the service was very attentive especially by John who had my coffee and tea ready without being asked! I would definitely recommend staying here for either business or leisure as it's in a great location and has great family/individual amentities that are just what you want when you stay at a hotel and want a bit of pampering.

Five-star all the way.
The hotel was fantastic. Forget everything you know about Wyndham in the US. The hotel is five stars all the way and looked like a Park Hyatt for a fraction of the price. The pool was lovely. The breakfast buffet was huge. The service was excellent. Thank you for an incredible stay.

For a 5star it has a lot of personality, this is down to the excellent staff . i stayed in Club and could not fault it. The Phillipino band ok but dissapointed they finished so earky on Xmas Eve. I thought that was thoughtless.

Great hotel. Both the service and the facilities are excellent. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, bell boys and housekeepers are beyond expectations - courteous, professional but nice and down to earth. We ate dinner at both the buffet restaurant, where breakfasts are also served, and the Thai restaurant - the food was great in the service was excellent. Our room has the lake view and is very clean. In one word we were very happy with our stay. We will stay at this hotel again and we strongly recommend it ...

Amazing hotel with great views
Very nice hotel in the upper class at reasonable prices. The staff were incredible and tried to fulfill every wish even before we could mention it. The rooms are spacey, modern and with all comfort. The breakfast buffet was high above expectations with a huge choice of every possible cooking style. We would highly recommend this hotel

Over all a pleasant experience /very cordial staff/ Lot of choices in Breakfast/ Room service very good/ Only negative experience was while check out. I told the reception that I the details of my Minibar usage which was 01 Shark energy drink, the drink cost was 03 $ I was changed 09 $ / When asked for details / They took a long time to verify so I left. Though a small money but that still remains a puzzle.

Excellent and Comfortable Stay
The overall experience is really amazing! Newly opened, clean, and luxurious hotel. Service is really friendly , room is spacious and the view to the lake is amazing. Breakfast has an international spread. They also provide free shuttle airport bus which is very convenient. Thank you very much for the service provided when we were there for 3 nights. The stay is very enjoyable =)
