So new I could still smell the paint drying!!

Its shiny brand new and really comfortable! A really nice hotel only its in a strange area, not really that close to anything much. If you are willing to walk in the heat there is a shopping mall and the lake about 25minutes away. Otherwise it's a good 20- 45 min taxi ride to border town (depending on traffic)! And a note to hotel staff- please provide at least 2 toilet rolls per room :)

エクスペディアで予約したがチェックイン時に予約が確認できず30分以上待たされた。インターネットの不具合で確認取れなかったというが、予約したのは前日。エクスペディアとホテル同士の問題でしょう。 201号室だったがWi-Fiの電波が部屋の場所によってとても弱く、一番使いたい場所では電波が弱く使えない。 なぜか冷蔵庫の電源コンセントのスイッチ（見えない場所にある）が切られていた。 チェックイン直後はとても冷えていたのでそれに気づかず、あとから買い出しして入れておいた冷えたお酒が飲もうとした時全部ぬるくなっていた。 なんだか予約がちゃんと取れていなかったの、即席で用意された部屋のような気がする。 ブッフェタイプの朝食の料理が時間帯によって変わり、開始すぐに行ったときよりも、あとからのほうが美味しそうなものが出ていて残念。 部屋がとても暗い。部屋の外は建物に囲まれているし、もっと照明があっても良いと思う。 悪い点が多かったけど。 お風呂はよかった。 熱いお湯をかけ流ししながら湯船につかれたのはよかった。

こじんまりとしていて、落ち着くホテル。近くには、コンビニ、パン屋さん、タイポット、シーフードBBQに日本食などレストランも数件あります。

Good hotel, clean and hit showers. I stayed two nights here it’s a newer hotel location is ok I need a place in town before a flight it serves its purpose. Cheaper places in same neighborhood but this place is ok.

最悪、ひどすぎる

チェックインから最悪で、予約が見つからないと言われ、エクスペディアに連絡欲しいと頼んだら、電波がなくてめーるを確認できないので無理！と言われた。ありえなくて驚きました。なんとか、部屋にたどり着いてもWiFiは使えない、お湯は出ない、終いにはチャックアウト時パスポート紛失で30分以上待たされました。さらに今更予約の再確認。もうここには泊まりません。 部屋は綺麗です。

พอดีไปถึงโรงแรมจะเชคอิน แต่ทางexpredia ไม่ส่ง no.booking ไปยังโรงแรม ทางเราแจ้งว่ามีจองและจ่ายเงินแล้วแต่เราไม่มีเมล์ยืนยันเพราะทางexpredia ส่งแต่ booking flights ให้อย่างเดียว ผจกและพนักงานทุกคนช่วยกันเข้ามาช่วยหา และให้เราเชคอินเล้าพีกก่อนเพราะเราเหนื่อยเดินทางมา สุดท้ายเราจำวันจ่ายเงินได้เลยให้เขาเชคในระบบpaymentของเขาเจอหลักฐานชื่อเราพอดีเลยแก้ปัญหานี้ไป ส่วนทางexpredia หายหัวติดต่อไม่ได้ ทางโรงแรมพยายามติดต่อก้อไม่ได้ ซึ้งใจโรงแรมและพนักงาน แต่ไม่Happyกับexpredia มากครับ

깨끗하고 서비스가 좋은 호텔

신축한 호텔이라 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋았음. 첫날 객실은 주방이 밑에 있어 시끄러웠으나 객실을 스위트룸으로 바꾸어 주는 서비스도 좋았음 스위트룸은 가족이나 연인이 가볼만한 방임. 가격에 비해 굉장히 가성비가 좋음. 스탠다드룸도 비지니스맨이 가기에 괜찮았음. 가격대비 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔임 향후 양곤 방문시 재방문하고 싶음 안마도 조금 비싸지만 타이식으로 아주좋음

가격대비 굉장히 만족 스러운 호텔입니다. 신축 건물로 방이 다른 호텔에 비해서 굉장히 넓습니다. 위치는 양곤시내에서 떨어져 있지만, 양곤 시내의 택시비가 저렴하여, 4000짯 이내에서 양곤 시내로 접근이 가능합니다. 호텔 조식만 조금더 개선 한다면 굉장히 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔로 강추 합니다.

Clean room, staff is ok but food is not so good

The room is quite big and clean. It takes about 30 mins in the morning to go to the Bogyoke aung san market, 20 mins to the airport in the early morning by taxi. Staff can speak English and their service is ok. The food and hotel restaurant is not very good. The room is not too expensive so I will say if you are here for a short business trip, it may be ok for you but if you are here for relaxing tourism, I will choose another hotel.

Hôtel très agréable et propre, très beau bâtiment et chambre de bonne qualité. Cependant, la chambre n'était pas adaptée pour trois personnes ni prête lors de notre arrivéée en fin de journée et la réception a fait payé un lit d'appoint très chèrement alors que la réservation stipulait noir sur blanc une chambre pour trois personnes sans mentionner la nécessité de payer pour un troisième lit. De plus, l'hôtel a procédé à un taux de change pour le moins malhonnête et ne s'est pas montré particulièrement commercant.

Great New Hotel in Rangon, If A Bit Out Of The Way

After some initial discrepancies between what we reserved and the room they gave us, our stay was great. Be firm and insist on exactly the amenities you have booked, as they have several different classes of rooms and may try to give you less than what you have paid for. The hotel is new and in very good condition, although located a bit far from the center of town. The staff is friendly and helpful, but management has been instructed not to give room upgrades, even when the amenities promised when booking are not in the lower class of rooms. The Burmese in general can be very firm negotiators, so if you want to get what you paid for, you must be just as firm in insisting on it. Also, if you don't see something you want or expect, such as eggs at breakfast, don't hesitate to ask as especially the lower level staff are very eager to please and will do their best to provide you what you are asking for.

Quiet location, friendly staff

It's quite new and clean. It's located not in central area but it's quite quiet. You can go back by taxi. Breakfast is nice. The room is big and comfortable. The root top restaurant is okay. Get a nice view to Shwegadon pagoda
