"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. "The hotel is a little older but very very clean. The rooms have a great view of Mt. Fuji. She was a bit shy during our short stay but we did manage to get a glimpse of her from our room.
This place does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags to your room for you.
The standout here is the staff who were so friendly and welcoming compared to the bigger fancy hotels. We would stay here again just because of the lovely staff. "
