Incredibly friendly staff, when I asked about the nearest shops I was given a lift into the town and back, a very kind gesture after a long day cycling to the area. Food was excellent and the onsen was lovely, amazing views of Fuji as well. Thoroughly recommended.

快適でした。

受付の方がとても親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。2階の展望風呂の眺めが良かったです。残念ながら富士山は半分しか見えなかったですが、温泉に入りながら富士山を見れたらとても素晴らしいと思いました。

Beautiful My Fuji View

This is a very lovely hotel. We would definitely recommend it. The room was Japanese style, very comfortable and spacious. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. The staff don't speak much English but they were always so sweet and thoughtful, always using a translation app to explain everything. The only negative side is the location as it isn't easy to get there by public transportation, but they do provide a free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the bus stop. You just need to give them a call to make a reservation in order to be pick up at the bus station. If you don't speak Japanes, you can ask the staff at the tourist office to help you with making a call for you with your arrival time and there will be someone waiting for you at your arrival. All and all a very pleasant and great stay!

道志みちが好きで、度々、山中湖へは行っています。 帰り道は、三国峠を通って来ました。 道の横には残雪がありました。 WiFiが部屋では使えないという意見がありましたし、 繋がりにくい。 部屋でもLTEの電波は強く入っていて、問題はありません。

ホテルというより保養所のような施設。新しくはないものの清潔な和室（１０畳）に家族４名で宿泊。お風呂は 大きくないものの温泉を引いており快適。周りは車がないと少し不便。

Couldn't Have Found A Better Place For Fuji

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The meals were TO DIE FOR! We stayed for four nights and I only wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were very pleasant, the view from the ladies sauna was amazing. I have nothing but the best things to say about it!
