My booking is triple room with three beds. The quality does match the price and the room size is enough for three people. The only problem is that air conditioner is central heating and you cannot open windows easily. I have to ask front desk to come and open the windows by using their specific keys which is a little bit annoying. However, my stay is comfortable overall.

Terrible. Do not stay here.

Large old dirty unkempt room. Terrible air quality (musty and moldy- respiratory issues started immediately when entering room). Outdated and non functioning toilets, dirty shower (did not even brave using it). Breakfast food tasteless and of very low quality. Hotel agreed to modify reservation to one night from 2 nights and now refuses to adjust bill. Charged for 2 nights even though we checked out early as agreed. When we try to call hotel the discuss, they hang up.

チェックインの対応してくださった方が不慣れな感じで少し心配になりました。 特に説明がなかったので朝食のチケットが3人分あることに気づかず、別で子供の分を支払い一人分無駄にしてしまいました。 朝食の際に案内された場所が入り口付近で人の出入りが多く落ち着いて食事もできないと感じました。男性スタッフやその他のスタッフもあまり良い印象はありませんでした。食器を下げにスタッフが来た際に、母が熱いコーヒーを少しこぼしてしまいましたが、拭くものを持ってきてくれるわけでもなくスルーしていきました。 朝食も値段の割に変わり映えのない内容で 全てにおいてその辺のビジネスホテルの方が対応が親切で雰囲気も良いと感じました。
