"In many ways a unique hotel with its over-the-water aspect, terraces and gangway down into the sea. While the usual melee for the buffet breakfast is best avoided its service runs to 10am with endless coffee. Definitely an improvement on previous stays with the room refurbs. Service as ever was excellent. "

"I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning. This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend. "

"Overall in most areas the hotel is very tired looking and needs a considerable amount spent on upgrades. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds but again these are very worn. Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated. "
