"I booked a room for my girlfriend (she's Chinese) and we had an "online" trip together. Since it was her birthday, I called the hotel to ask if they could prepare something for her. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I had asked for. They decorated her room prepared a cake for her in the hours before her arrival. "The entire staff was extremely helpful. Ensure all our needs were met as we had some challenging itinerary requirements. The dinner we had at the hotel was amazing.
