"It was a good size family room and ensuite. The parking was ideal as free when you put registration into an app in the pub. A little away from the centre of town, but a little land train was a fun way to get to the pier. Really worked well having the Hungry Horse pub, good choice of food for us and the kids and Blue light discount. Friendly bar staff and good service."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite and helpful and took great care of me regarding my allergies giving me a relaxing stay with no need to worry about my allergies. Breakfast was very good and the full english breakfast was well cooked and tasty. The beds were comfortable and the coffee and tea with kettle in the room were good. Only negative was lack of storage or place to put our cases as the room was quite compact."

"Stayed at the weekend Friday to Monday and brought the pooch with me.Great hosts - Barbara came to let me in though i was slightly earlier than expected. Really clean accommodation and lovely location only 15 mins from Cleethorpes.Really lovely and quiet even the wildlife are quiet on a night time.Fished the larger lake which was great - loads of pegs to fish fromif you want to take the dog to the beach go to humberston fitties and park in the yacht club as its free parking. Then try Cleethorpes country park for a good walk around and the pooch can have a swim.Really cant fault the place - remote and quiet"
