"We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms large and comfortable and lots of unexpected extras like free happy hour with wine and bites and noon check out and breakfast served till 11am. The location can’t be beat. It’s right in the heart of downtown Asheville. "

Conveniently located between Biltmore and downtown. It was very clean upon arrival. Good rate- although we probably visited in the off season."

However, the area beside it has space for semi trucks to load in during the night. You can hear them backing up and beeping, which is annoying.
