95 sqm private suite is located in front of the amazing beach of sikia in the Corinthian gulf . So you can reach the beach just by making only 3 steps! The apartment is on the first floor of the house and has access to a big private balcony with magnificent view and to a 120 sqm shared terrace with bbq facilities. The view from the spacious terrace and balconies is amazing and it gives you the opportunity to enjoy great meals at any time of the day and to share unique monents with family or friends.The apartment consists of 1 master bedroom with a double queen size bed and private bathroom with washing machine,1 bedroom with 2 single beds, second bathroom with jacuzzi douche , comfortable living room with a big dining table for six persons, fireplace, cable tv, dvd player, safe,free Wifi, and full equipped kitchen with facilities such as fridge,oven ,dish washer,kettle, coffee machine, microwave. Great Stay on Gulf of Corinth

The home was great. Interior was clean, well appointed, everything worked and our hosts stocked the refrigerator with plenty of food. We didn’t have to rush out the first night to find a grocery store. Exterior was very nice, great balcony overlooking the water and beautiful gardens to the side and rear of the property. Bedrooms were air conditioned but not the main part of the house. A nice fan was provided. Mini markets were very close as was cafes for food and drink. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful residence for family holiday!

We had a lovely holiday with our two little children at Diamanto’s & Gianni’s suites. The house is very well equipped, with a beautiful terrace full of flowers and view to the sea. It’s literally a minute walk from a clean pebbled beach and there are tavernas all around. The owners were very welcoming, hospitable and discreet. We would definitely recommend and we wish to come back soon!

Wunderbare Wohnung in herrlicher Lage für einen gelungenen Urbalub

Obwohl das Wetter Anfang Juni 2017 nicht immer strahlend war, hat uns bei unserem Urlaub nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen, alles mit Geschmack eingerichtet, die Gastgeberin überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz des starken Verkehrs direkt vor der Ferienwohnung, fühlten wir uns nicht gestört, da der Blick nicht auf die Straße ging, sondern über die Straße hinweg auf das wunderbare korinthische Meer. Uns hat es eingeladen, täglich zu schwimmen. Für vier Erwachsene (zwei Ehepaare) war das Haus bzw. die Wohnung ideal. Sie ist aber auch für Familien mit Kindern schön, weil sie geräumig ist und viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten zulässt. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great location lovely apartment and great hosts.

What a wonderful holiday we had in Sykia. The apartment is well laid out, spacious and clean. The upper terrace gets the sun until about 11 am and then becomes a welcome area of shade. The lower and bigger terrace gets the sun all day. The views are exactly like the adverts photos, you will not be disappointed. What is not shown is that there is a taverna under the lower terrace, how handy is that? their food is good and they will even serve you on the terrace if you ask them. Diamanto and Yanis cant do enough to help you, just ask and they will do what they can. We got lost but Diamanto waited until we arrived at 2 am. The fridge was stocked with some basics and essentials like wine. There are Lemon, Orange and Lime trees in the garden, just pick what you want. On more than one occasion Diamanto brought us home made lemonade which was lovely. All the local people are nice and helpful and most speak a little English. The beach is all stones, there is no sand but the water is calm and safe for children. There are plenty of very good Taverna's and coffee bars all along the promenade with tables by the beach. A local baker for fresh bread every day. On Friday there is a local market in Xiklokastro. The fruit and vegetables are outstanding, the apricots and peaches and cherries are outstanding. There is a nice old church in the square and lots of cafes, bars and taverna's. For a relaxing holiday away from mass tourism this is the place, and Diamanta Suites is the apartment to stay at.

Traumwohnung am Meer

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick einfach großartig. Die Vermieter sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Weder die unterhalb liegende Taverne, noch die stark befahrene Küstenstraße vor dem Haus haben uns gestört. Kiesstrand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirm vor dem Haus am Strand. Bäcker, kleiner Minimarkt und mehrere Tavernen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very enjoyable stay

The property is very nicely decorated and faithful to the pictures showed. The main bedroom is spacious, the second bedroom can easily accommodate two teens (we didn't hear any complaint from them). Both bedrooms have air-conditioning (but not the living room). The living room is very large and there is ample space for cooking. The best part is the terrace, which gives wonderful views on to the sea and its north shore -- we used it every evening for dinner. The house gives to the street and we were afraid that it'll be noisy, but it wasn't a nuisance at all for sleeping and it was mostly quiet during the day and late evening. The TV is modern, and you may want to bring a HDMI connector with you if you plan to watch movies from a laptop (which we did). If you're too tired for cooking dinner, just walk across the street and sit at a taverna terrace. Same if you want a quick dip into the sea, walk across the street. The place is a bit far from the important sightseeing in the Peloponnese and around the Corinthian sea (Delphes, Mystra, Epidaure, loussios Gorges) and you need to count a good 2 to 3 hours driving one way to get to these. The beach is pebble, not sand, as are all of them around the Corinthian sea. Sun exposition is good up till 5 pm, after that your in the shade of the village houses that borders the beach. There also a train that goes directly from Kiato (15mn from the house) to Athens and its airport, which turns out to be very convenient. The owners are very nice and helpful, and our stay was very enjoyable.

Magnifique séjour

Avant toute chose, le point fort de cette location est l'accueil amical et serviable de Diamanto et Ioanis, des hôtes charmants. Le logement est parfait, vaste, propre, bien éclairé avec toutes les commodités. En prime un joli jardin à l'arrière et une grande terrasse à l'avant avec une vue sublime sur le golfe de Corinthe. Sykia est un petit village avec plusieurs restos et les services de base. Par ailleurs on peut trouver tout le nécessaire à 10 min. en auto à Xylocastro. La proximité de l'autoroute facilite les déplacements plus éloignés. Encore merci à Diamanto et Ioanis. Roger et Chantal

Beautiful appartments

Lovely appartment. Great view of the sea. made to feel at home. We arrived later than expected. The owners left a fruit basket for us and some food in the fridge. They took us shopping the next day and showed us round the town. Would definetly stay there again. Also the orchard in the garden fantastic.

Very confortable and well furnished appartment

The appartment is very confortable and well furnished with special attentions of the owners. you'll find oïl, Pepper and everything. if something is needed just ask Diamento or his wife. If you have any question they are here help you. The appartment is just near the sea, you only have to cross the road. A nice bbq is available. You have restaurants, tavern, a bakery, a small grocery at 5 min by walk. The nearest supermarket is at about 5-8 min by car. The appartment is located just in front of the sea. The only negative point is that there is a road with traffic just between the terasse and the the sea !
