It was not a big problem and not a maintenance issue but how the room was built/designed. Otherwise, service was great - staff were all very helpful and kind; location was very convenient (5 minute walk to the lake, to cathedral, to Circle K (24 hour convenience store), to banh mi stores, to a number of local cafes.
