"Unique property, surrounded by beautiful gardens, japanese buildings & flavors . The service is generally very good. The staff really tries to make things work.( Special thanks to Juan -bellboy-) It would be appreciated if more medium sized bottles of water was offered in the rooms. I was told the pool is going to be renovated, and once finished , I think it will be a huge plus. Can't wait to visit it once the renovation is completed."

"Our stay was really charming. Room/facilities are a little dated/tired, with some amenities not working (like our jacuzzi bath, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace in our presidential suite) and stains on furniture and such, but overall it's clean enough, tranquil, and the setting is quite beautiful. we loved the pool (especially as we had it all to ourselves) and my wife was very pleased with her spa service. The staff was super friendly and personable, and the food was good. Would definitely...

"Solid 5-star property in every way. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are huge with sleeping area, living area with sofa and large outdoor veranda. This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. With 70 years of history, this property is wonderful! Perhaps on of the best in Mexico. "
