Warm apartment located on the ground floor of a house, for up to 4 guests, access to the garden and wooden terrace, facing south.<br>Fully equipped, comfortable and ideal for a pleasant stay.<br><br><br>Ideally located:<br>- 300 m from local shops (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, etc.)<br>- 3km from Gérardmer<br>- 5km from the ski slopes of Gérardmer and its lake<br>- 10km from the ski slopes of La Bresse<br>- 2km from the lake of Longemer<br>- Numerous hiking departures nearby<br><br><br>Our accommodation:<br><br>Living room with 55" TV, coffee table and corner sofa.<br>Wifi (fibre) available free of charge in the accommodation.<br><br>Heaters (automatic, managed by the remote host) in all rooms.<br><br>Large living room.<br>Kitchen equipped with fridge including freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, raclette machine, coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils + crockery provided, pancake party appliance.<br><br>First Chamber:<br>a 2-seater bed 160x200<br>a wardrobe with wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror, tables and bedside lamps.<br><br>Second Chamber:<br>two single beds 90X190<br>a wardrobe with wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror, tables and bedside lamps.<br><br>Bathroom:<br>a walk-in shower (125x80), washbasin, wall mirror, washing machine and hairdryer + storage, laundry sink.<br><br>Passenger access:<br><br>Shared entrance to the residence<br><br>Outside:<br>Private outdoor parking.<br>Private garden (without fence but delimited) with wooden terrace, outdoor tables and chairs, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.<br><br>Other remarks / Miscellaneous information:<br><br>Pillows, duvets, tea towels and bath mats provided. A rubbish bag and toilet roll provided, as well as some household products.<br><br>Bath linen and sheets to be provided (possibility of renting sheets on request and at least 48 hours in advance: 15€ double bed, 10€ single bed, and 10€ for the whole bath linen).<br><br>During school holidays, weekly rental only unless the accommodation is available "at the last minute".<br><br>Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures before 10 am.<br>Traveller access<br>No spaces to share, entire private accommodation as well as private unfenced garden.<br>Parking space in front of the shared apartment with the other apartments located in the house, please park properly as indicated in the instructions so that everyone has space.<br>Other remarks<br>Do not hesitate to ask us for information about all the tourist activities around our accommodation!<br>Ideas for walks, hikes, viewpoints, waterfalls... indoor or outdoor visits.<br>Skiing, snowshoeing and other winter sports!
