"Front desk is friendly. Location is amazing, you can access many good restaurants and bars with walkable distance. But it is a little noise especially when the room facing the street. If you are light sleep person, choose the room away from the street. Overall I had a good experience here."

"Amazing location, super kind, helpful and efficient staff. From cleaning staff, to lobby folks, everybody was friendly and prompt. Made us feel super welcome and appreciated at all times. Our room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking 5 de Mayo Street, with beautiful buildings and the everyday activity of a big city. Mini fridge refilled daily with a couple of curtesy drinks and snacks was a great bonus. A 7-eleven and pharmacy across the street, a 24h traditional restaurant next door, and loads of eats, museums and Alameda a short walk around was great. Def will be back. Visited town for BTS concert and staff was very welcoming and appreciating of the special ocassion, welcoming BTS Army in such a warm way. Thanks all!"

"En el baño había agua regada en el piso. Le pedí al staff de llamarme por teléfono a las 6:15 y no lo hicieron. Había escrito si podía hacer el check in antes, me respondieron que solo si había disponibilidad y estuve 2 horas esperando"
