HORRIBLE!!! My room was directly over a nightclub the played music so loud it shook my windows until 5am!!!!! I had zero sleep! Staff was rude! and unhelpful. My key didn't work 50% of the time so I had to walk back down almost every time I went to my room to get them to reprogram my key! They would only leave half of a toilet paper roll with no reserve so we ran out of toilet paper every day! DO NOT ReCOMMEND!

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

Es increíble que se vendan como hotel cuando no tienen aire acondicionado, llegamos a la 1.00 y nos hicieron esperar 2 horas en recepción para entregar la habitación. Está lejos de la Ciudad de México y no hay nada que hacer alrededor.

Instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, no tienen Aire Acondicionado, personal con mala actitud, llegue a las 4:30 de la tarde y tardaron 30 min aproximadamente en hacerme el check in, no habíendo mas huespedes que atender, y yo por 15 minutos que tarde en mi check out me hicieron un cargo extra de 550 pesos.

El hotel está bien ubicado, es muy grande y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, así como las áreas comunes. Algunas zonas ya se notan deterioradas la limpieza en la habitación deja mucho que desear, las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas, salió una cucaracha en el baño. En el restaurante, llegamos a cenar y el mesero muy atareada porque él era cocinero, mesero y cajero y había varios huéspedes por lo que el servicio y el trato no fue el mejor, para el desayuno, no te dan opciones es huevo con frijoles, preguntamos por chilaquiles (ya que vimos a otras personas comiendolos) y nos dijo el mesero que eran muy sencillos solo totopo son crema y queso, el trato del mesero poco amable.
