He went above and beyond to personally assist me with booking popular attractions, offered brilliant local tips, and consistently followed up to ensure everything was perfect. His dedication and personal care made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The location is another huge advantage. Being so close to the Muslim Quarter was a dream. It was an easy, pleasant walk for incredible, affordable lunches and dinners. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and convenience added a fantastic layer to the trip. My experience at the Lavende Hotel was amazing from start to finish. "

"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
